Customer 360 and journeys
What it does
It describes an audience segment and the path that takes it from first hearing of you to buying, then turns that into content pillars and a roadmap.
- Writes a full 360° profile for a target audience (Customer 360).
- Maps a funnel journey (awareness, consideration, lead generation, follow-up) for a profile and a campaign objective.
- Drafts a content strategy: 3–5 weighted content pillars, a posting cadence, and an alignment score.
- Drafts a phased go-to-market roadmap.
The basic profiles PULSE creates from each diagnosis’s audience segments are built without the model. This agent writes the deeper profiles you ask for.
What it reads
- Your diagnosis, including its audience segments.
- Google Analytics and Google Ads figures, when those are connected.
- Live search signals for the audience.
- The campaign objective, audience, and channels you choose.
What it produces
Profiles (demographics, motivations, pain points, goals, preferred channels), journey maps with what the audience needs at each stage, content pillars whose weights sum to 100, and roadmaps of 3–4 phases, each with a timeframe, initiatives, and an expected outcome. Some of these come back as structured data the app displays as cards.
Human oversight
- Profiles, journeys, and strategies are planning documents on pages you control. Nothing is sent to a customer.
- Content pillars and roadmap phases pass through the judging ladder, which withholds proposals its judge disagrees with.
- It cannot contact anyone, publish, or launch a campaign.
Model
Qwen3.6-35B-A3B, by Qwen, under the Apache-2.0 licence. Runink domain adaptation for this agent is planned; this release uses the base model.
Where it runs and data handling
On the deployment’s own inference server. No third-party AI service is used. It reads your connected analytics and live search results while it works.
Guardrails
- Aggregate segments only. It describes groups, never a real named person.
- No protected-class targeting. It does not infer or target audiences by race, ethnicity, religion, gender, age, or disability, and PULSE refuses requests to segment, target, or exclude people by them.
- Never invents data. No made-up statistics, survey results, market sizes, follower counts, or customer quotes, and PULSE refuses requests to invent them. When a field needs a figure it was not given, it says the figure is not in the data or describes the audience in words.
- Every pillar, stage, and phase is tied to a signal it was given.
- Search results are read as material, never as instructions.
- No hype and no fake urgency; initiatives a small team can start this week.
Limitations
- A profile is a model of a segment, not a record of real customers. It does not read individual CRM contacts.
- Without connected analytics, its weighting rests on the diagnosis and search signals alone.
