Operators
LUNA runs as one backend deployment on the Runink platform. It lives in the
luna-system namespace, is built as the luna-backend image, and is served
at luna.runink.org. It is not multi-tenant SaaS: there is no user table,
no roles, no billing and no metering. Access is a flat allowlist of Google
accounts, and each account on it gets its own Luna.
The allowlist, sessions, revocation, and the luna-server admin commands.
Every environment variable the backend reads, with defaults.

LUNA never depends on CORE. Its Go module consumes only the extracted
platform libraries (inference, mesh, security, store, and ui for shared
types). A test fails the build if CORE appears in go.mod, go.sum or an
import. It does call platform services that CORE operates, such as ttsd
for speech.
