The repository is org-runink/forge. Its layout:

Sibling modules are resolved through replace directives: ../security, ../store, ../ui, ../inference, and ../billing (only because ui’s go.mod requires it). FORGE imports nothing from core, and TestForgeDoesNotDependOnCore enforces that.

Build and test

Go and Flutter checks, protobuf regeneration, the image, licence checks.

Local validation

forge dev proxy impersonates CORE so the studio runs on a workstation.
