Profile and billing

User Profile

Select User in the bottom navigation to open User Profile (/profile). The refresh button reads everything again, and As of {time} shows when the page was last read.

Who you are

The identity card lists your Email, Name, Signed in with, Role, Platform admin, Tenant and Account ID. A value the server did not provide reads Not provided. A value the page could not read reads Not read, and its tooltip gives the reason.

Sessions

• Sign out ends this session.
• Sign out everywhere ends every session of yours on every device, this one included. Confirm with Yes, sign out everywhere.

Instances

Instances lists the instances you hold a grant on, with your role and how long your access lasts. To switch instance, return to the instance picker.

BILLING & METERING

This section shows:

• TOTAL CURRENT COST (Month-to-Date), and the usage behind it;
• RUNNER BREAKDOWN;
• View usage summary, which opens an exportable summary;
• Billing & Usage, which opens the billing page.

Usage unavailable means the metering service did not answer, so no figure is a measurement. Not metered means nothing was metered.

COMPUTE UNITS (CU)

This section shows the DEDICATED, CONSUMED and REMAINING compute units. Under SET DEDICATED CU, pick 250, 500, 1000 or 2000, or enter a custom amount. The PAYMENT RAIL shows whether card payment is connected.

The readout tells three cases apart:

INTEGRATIONS

The integration fields are:

• WhatsApp Phone Number
• Stripe API Key
• Phone Number
• SMS Phone Number
• Google Credentials (Gmail, Drive)
• Google Analytics ID

The edit button (Edit {label}) changes a value. A secret shows only Configured (hidden) or Not Set. When you edit a secret, the box starts empty: enter a new value to replace the stored one. The stored value is never shown.

PREFERENCES

• Theme switches between the light and dark themes. The button is labelled with the theme it switches to. The cockpit starts dark, and this device remembers your choice.
• Target Language sets the interface language (English, French, Spanish or Portuguese). It also sets the language that fetch answers and the twins are written in.
• Offline answers says whether this device can answer offline.

This section explains how to leave with your data. View usage summary exports your usage. Close account & take my data explains the closure process. Open-source licences lists the licences of the software the cockpit includes.

Billing & Usage

Billing & Usage (/billing) is the shared billing page. Open it from the button in BILLING & METERING on your profile.

• A banner names the payment provider. If none is configured, it says Billing is not configured on this deployment. Plans and prices are shown for reference; no payment can be taken here.
• The subscription card shows the plan and its status: Active, Trial, Payment overdue, Canceled, Unpaid or Awaiting payment. It also shows seats, the billing interval, the period end and the price. Manage billing opens the provider’s portal.
• Usage shows each meter against its allowance. A meter can read Not measured or Unavailable.
• Estimate — not a charge appears when the server sends an estimate.
• Plans lets you choose seats (Add a seat, Remove a seat) and Bill yearly, then Continue to checkout.

No subscription is on record for this account. means the record was read and is empty. The subscription record could not be read. This does not mean there is no subscription. means the request failed. Select Retry.
